He is dark orange (darker than Robot Default), and his size is between Robot Default and Monster Krumholtz's (equal to Gart Default's height). He wears a diamond-printed scarf and red hat that serves to act as clothing, which makes him one of the few Mechanicals to wear clothing (along with Ogo, Crazy Cousin Gizmo, Lady Madame, Hal Worth-A-Ton, Crikey, and others). Depot is also one of the few Mechanicals with actual jointed arms and legs, as well as Hal Worth-A-Ton, Crazy Cousin Gizmo, and Loudmouth (who only has legs). He is apparently ran by coal power seeing that he has a furnace at the bottom of his chest. He is the only Mechanical with that feature so far. One of his eyes is smaller than the other (similar to Ogo and Perry). He also carries around a rocket umbrella for show.
His desire for the Blinking Light formula, as shown in "Family Business," appears very similar to Plankton's desire for the Krabby Patty formula in SpongeBob SquarePants.
Despite being the first competitor of the Defaults to make an appearance, he is actually the second introduced, as Gart had mentioned a previous competitor who owned the Beeping Tone Factory in "Game Boys."
